Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request for the FMS partner.
- Aid in the total case management of FMS cases for the Apache platform.
- Perform Apache FMS case development and execution activities, including:
- Planning and coordinating requirements for Letter of Requests (LORs).
- Creating and tasking Price, Availability, and Serviceability data sheets.
- Utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to develop LOAs.
- Developing and coordinating long-range plans for international programs.
- Using the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to analyze program financials.
- Executing financial requirements.
- Perform Apache FMS case sustainment activities, including:
- Resolving Requests for Information.
- Tracking the shipment of Apache FMS equipment and resolving shipping problems.
- Cooking and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Cooking and coordinating Quality Assurance Team inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in FMS or job-related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or a high school diploma with eleven years of relevant experience.
