Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Manage FMLA, short-term disability, and leave of absence requests ensuring compliance
- Serve as the HR contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment support
- Maintain accurate HR documentation related to benefits and leave cases
- Aid with onboarding and general HR administrative support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience with benefits administration and FMLA
- Strong organization and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Pay
Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM (on-site)
