Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Manage FMLA, short-term disability, and leave of absence requests ensuring compliance
  • Serve as the HR contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation related to benefits and leave cases
  • Aid with onboarding and general HR administrative support

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with benefits administration and FMLA
  • Strong organization and confidentiality skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office

Pay

Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM (on-site)
