FM Data Analysis Specialist
About the role
Guidehouse provides a range of advisory services and support to improve the processes and capabilities surrounding the development, defense, execution, reporting, and process analysis of activities required support the non-budgetary side of IC CFO. In this support, we provide guidance on financial management (FM) activities and systems in order to achieve, improve, and sustain appropriate accountability for all other IC priorities. You will work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of systems and processes related to financial accounting and auditability for IC funds.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of systems and processes related to financial accounting and auditability for IC funds.
- Perform analysis and prepare insights over execution data to help inform recommendations regarding FM and budget issues and what if scenarios.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- One (1) year+ experience in financial management and data analytics

Skills
- Analyzing budgets with PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Familiarity of the Federal and IC budget cycle
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders from across the federal government to gain access to needed data sets
- Attention to detail, organization, proactiveness, and sense of urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior government staff
