Responsibilities

• Develop reports, models, scorecards, and dashboards using data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes
• Utilize AWS-Redshift and Tableau for daily data analysis tasks
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure model accuracy and effectiveness
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Support the broader analytics team by acting as a liaison between advanced analytics and business operations
• Participate in meetings and presentations to represent advanced analytics
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytically intensive field or subject area
• Technical programming experience with SQL
• Practical experience using Tableau
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in PC-based packages such as SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. The specific salary offered will be determined by a variety of factors including experience, education, and work location. Employee benefits include health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program and flexible time off.
