Responsibilities
- Respond directly to customer data and analytics requests
- Build ad-hoc reports and answer business questions quickly
- Align metrics across multiple analytics systems
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Build tools and automate recurring requests
- Help turn one-off requests into internal products and processes
Qualifications
- Strong skills building queries, reports, and dashboards in complex data environments
- Clear communication with non-technical teams internally and on the client side
- Clear communication with data and technical teams on both sides
- Strong adoption of AI tools, with good judgment about their strengths and limits
- Good prioritization skills across many incoming requests
Bonus Points
- Experience with Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, or similar experimentation platforms
- Experienced with GA4, Segment, Amplitude, or Heap and understand how data flows from browser event to dashboard
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium
- Exposure to Shopify or SaaS product environments
- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client engagements without losing quality
- Excitement about AI-powered experimentation and autonomous agents
Pay
Compensation Range: $100K - $170K
