Core responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present the findings as dashboards or reports.
- Lead analytics and reporting projects and coordinate resources across teams, if needed.
- Carry out ad-hoc analyses based on internal or clients’ requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven insights and advise the business on possible analysis projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications of BI solutions.
- Analyze performance of queries, reports and dashboards and correct deficiencies or technical debt based on consultation with relevant departments.
- Write and maintain data transformation and metrics/KPIs related documentation.
- Document analytical problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Work alongside teams within the Marketing or the Product team to establish their analytical needs and requirements.
- Cooperate with data engineers to implement new data warehouse features if required data has not been found or is not in optimized format for analysts.
- Act as a member of an agile BI team supporting team members and collaborating with a “can do attitude” to ensure product and team success.
Additional responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job training to team staff members.
- Aid and consult personnel of other departments.
- Perform other work assignments given by the B2B, BI Analytics Manager or Management.
Experience and key competencies
- Experience: 3+ years of Tableau, 3+ years of SQL.
- Has previously worked in an analytical position.
- iGaming industry experience, Python knowledge.
Language skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Strong analytical curiosity and ability to investigate data from multiple angles, including data cleaning and transformation to uncover customer trends.

Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually; with final offer based on experience and dependent on the region in which the right candidate is located.
