Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and enter cost invoices into databases and spreadsheets while assigning approvals as needed.
- Analyze aviation operational and accounting costs to ensure accurate coding, posting, and identification of duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Perform thorough quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Support day-to-day business operations through reporting, metrics tracking, and cost analysis.
- Identify and streamline inefficient, redundant, or overly manual processes.
- Respond promptly to management requests for data and analytical support.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and operating metrics.
- Review aviation log page entries, correct data errors, and upload updated records to audit applications.
- Assist with month-end accounting activities and special financial analysis projects.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- PREFERRED: Experience with QuickBooks.
- PREFERRED: Experience working with financial, operational, or aviation-related data.
