Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Aid in the development of analytical models to solve business problems.
- Communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
- Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively on a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Ability to explore and validate measures and tables against source data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM analytics and data (HubSpot).
- Proven ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with high level stakeholders.
