Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Aid in the development of analytical models to solve business problems.
• Communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.
• Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Ability to explore and validate measures and tables against source data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM analytics and data (HubSpot).
• Proven ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with high level stakeholders.
