Data Analyst

Scope of Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely regulatory filings
• Support enterprise reporting across underwriting, finance, and operations
• Balance compliance obligations with ongoing business reporting needs
• Ensure efficient use of capacity throughout regulatory cycles
• Partner cross-functionally to produce reliable reporting
• Maintain data integrity
• Support both statutory requirements and internal decision-making

Job Summary

• Partners with Regulatory and Compliance, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting processes
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into structured reporting outputs
• Support operational performance reporting
• Improve reporting efficiency through standardization and automation
• Strengthen audit readiness and reduce compliance risk

Qualifications

• Strong investigative, analytical, and technical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Ability to interpret regulatory and legislative language and translate into reporting requirements
• Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and quality control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
• Very Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• MS-SQL Server and relational database experience
• Familiarity with BI, ETL and reporting tools a plus

Pay

$65,000-70,000 per year. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.

Schedule

The position will be onsite three days per week and remote two days per week.
