FM Coordinator (MMR)
Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this role coordinates overall facility services, maintenance, and repairs. Tasks include managing external vendors, overseeing daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance programs, resolving facility-related issues, planning and supporting facility projects, managing procurement activities, preparing and analyzing KPIs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Profile
- Education Level: University degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent degree) required
- Language: Spanish language is a plus
- Skills: Ability to deal effectively with people both internally and externally, detail-oriented with good follow-up skills, customer service-centric and action-oriented, good sense of logic and problem-solving skills, technically competent with office environments
- Experience: Open to recent Industrial Engineering graduates; relevant internship, co-op, or academic project experience may be considered in lieu of professional work experience
- Knowledge: Practice with financial controls, knowledge about the 5S concept, advanced Office (Excel and PPT)
