Fluid Flex 1 - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform and record all sanitation duties as required within the fluid packaging team, including Master Sanitation Sheet (MSS) tasks and manual cleaning of equipment.
• Record all quality assurance (QA) tests and checks for the fluid packaging team areas.
• Communicate effectively through all systems and processes, including computer programs and the KPI board.
• Perform and record all required tasks within the packaging team areas, such as the spot-pak room, box erector room, and drop packer area.
• Perform basic maintenance duties for all equipment as required.
• Ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines, including adhering to Safety in Motion, LOTO procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, conducting Clarity and BAPP observations, and using the correct tools.
• Follow established GMP regulations and maintain all required certifications for regulatory compliance.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of SQF 2000 Systems.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Adherence to work hours, including start, end, lunch, and break schedules.
• Compliance with GMP regulations and safety guidelines.
• Accountability to Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and/or push/pull 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Schedule

Hours for this position are 10:25pm to 6:30am.
