FlowRider Instructor (Surf Instructor)

Job Overview

We are looking for hard-working, experienced, and friendly Flow Rider Instructor with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the daily operation and safety of the Flow Rider.
• Provide excellent customer service and instruction.
• Interact with various types of customers from adults to children and their parents.
• Provide and fun and safe experience for Flow Rider customers.

Hotel Specific

• Working both indoors and outdoors.
• Outside in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Work in multiple outlets across the properties.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience: Hotel experience preferred. 6 months of work experience as a Lifeguard – preferred.
• Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and kneeling.
• CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certified required.
