Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate flowback and production equipment.
- Record and track oil, gas, and water production volumes.
- Gauge tanks and monitor fluid levels.
- Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates throughout operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of separators, tanks, pumps, manifolds, and associated equipment.
- Collect and document production and operational data.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormal operating conditions.
- Assist with equipment rig-up, rig-down, and troubleshooting activities.
- Cookordinate with production personnel, wellsite supervisors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond to operational issues and assist during after-hours callouts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous flowback, production, lease operator, or oilfield operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of separators, tanks, well testing equipment, and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and operational data.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Commitment to safe work practices and environmental stewardship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with well testing and flowback operations.
- Experience with production reporting and volume tracking.
- Knowledge of oil and gas production equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with safety procedures, permit systems, and hazard identification.
