Flour Production Technician - Bulk Operator (Rotating Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Utility Operators: Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety.
• Bulk Operators: Load bulk delivery vessels and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with bulk department standards.
• Elevator Operators: Operate and maintain elevators/lifts, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with facility standards.
• Warehouse Operators: Operate the warehouse and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with facility standards.
• Pack Operators: Operate pack equipment, process, pack products, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with pack department standards.

Requirements

Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, climb ladders, step, and extend. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force. Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level. Must be able to perform physical job duties safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask. Must be able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).

Pay

The starting range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. The Company provides a shift differential to eligible employees who are assigned to and work shifts outside of standard business hours.

Additional Information

Competitive Compensation: Market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. The targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - OIP, 5% Annual.
