About the role
We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Cape Coral and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Work with company generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties.
- Work with a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors.
- Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team.
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
- Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings.
- Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN.
Requirements
- Active Florida real estate license.
