Florida Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us. You need to be friendly, observant, and able to provide the right support. This role is more than a service position—safety is our highest priority. You’ll lead confidently and take control of aircraft services, security, and safety procedures, backed by world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Requirements

• More than one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service
• A positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
• Minimum qualification: high school graduate (Grade 12)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types)
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
• Must meet UAE’s employment visa requirements and be based in Dubai

Pay

Your pay consists of three components:

• Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month
• Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 hours per month)
• Overseas meal allowance: credited in arrears the following month

Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280). Figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).
