New York Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)
About the role

As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us, so you need to be friendly, observant and able to provide the right support. Being a member of the cabin crew is more than a service role – safety is the highest priority. You’ll lead confidently and take control of aircraft services, security, and safety procedures, supported by world‑class learning at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai.
Requirements
- More than one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service
- Positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
- High school graduate (Grade 12)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
- Based in Dubai and able to meet the UAE’s employment‑visa requirements
- Determined to perform to the highest standards, solution‑oriented, and able to manage a demanding work schedule
- Ability to deliver an authentic experience to customers
- Culturally aware and reflective of the Emirates personality – professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary and cosmopolitan
Pay
Fixed basic salary: AED 4,980 per month.
Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80–100 flight hours per month.
Average total pay: approximately AED 11,244 per month (≈ USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280). These figures are for Grade II (Economy Class) and are approximate.
Overseas meal allowance for night stops is credited to the salary in arrears the following month.
