Texas Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us. You need to be friendly, observant, and able to provide the right support while leading confidently in managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. Safety is our highest priority, and you’ll receive world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures.
• Lead confidently in managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures.
• Deliver an authentic experience to customers while reflecting the Emirates personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan.
• Manage a demanding work schedule with a focus on being solution-oriented and performing to the highest standards.

Requirements

• More than one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive attitude and natural ability to provide excellent service in a multicultural team environment.
• Minimum qualification: high school graduate (Grade 12).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics).
• Ability to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements and be based in Dubai.

Pay

Your pay consists of three components:

• Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 hours per month).
• Overseas meal allowance: credited to your salary in arrears the following month.

Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280). These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).
