About the role
Responsible for managing the flooring showroom, including product knowledge, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a showroom setting.
- Knowledgeable about various flooring products and trends.
- Conduct sales presentations and close deals.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure showroom displays are attractive and informative.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
