Floor Technician PT

As the Floor Technician, you’ll contribute to our mission of providing superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services that meet the wants, needs, and expectations of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture, strip, and buff floors.
• Mix and use cleaning solutions safely; store them in a secure area.
• Perform occasional light housekeeping duties.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous floor technician experience is required.
• Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
• Knowledge and understanding of how to properly use cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets.
• Use proper safety equipment and tools to identify safety hazards and abide by the community’s safety policies and procedures.
