Floor Technician - Housekeeping

About the role

As a Blakeford Floor Technician, you will follow established daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for floor cleaning in various areas of the building, handle and use cleaning chemicals according to product safety data sheets and company safety procedures, assist with room turns to ensure a clean environment for new move-ins, and provide emergency cleaning or housekeeping services as needed.

• Handle and use cleaning chemicals according to the product’s Materials Data Sheet and company safety procedures
• Assist with room turns to ensure a clean environment for new move-ins
• Provide emergency cleaning or housekeeping services as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 6 months of general work experience
• Safety‑minded approach to work
