Floor Technician-Housekeeper

About the Role

Join a multi-disciplinary team at Tuscany Village Nursing Center, a well-respected facility specializing in long-term and rehabilitative care. This role contributes to our mission of providing superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services to meet the needs of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture, strip, and buff floors.
• Mix and use cleaning solutions safely; store them in a secure area.
• Perform occasional light housekeeping duties.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous floor technician experience is required.
• Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
• Knowledge and understanding of how to properly use cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets.
• Use proper safety equipment and tools to identify safety hazards and abide by the community’s safety policies and procedures.
