Floor Technician (FT/PT)

About the role

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping duties, assisting in emergency response, and maintaining communication with the Front Desk throughout the shift. You will help ensure the safety and well-being of residents and the physical plant by understanding and following emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of floors and common areas
• Assist in responding to emergencies as needed
• Communicate regularly with the Front Desk during shifts
• Follow emergency procedures to protect residents and property
• Collaborate with staff to ensure resident safety and well-being

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience preferred but not required
