Floor Technician (Floor Tech) - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing and buffing hard floors.
• Carpet extraction, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work as scheduled.
• Previous experience in a Floor Technician role or a similar role (preferred).

Monday – Friday, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
