Floor Technician - EVS

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining and restoring floors, operating industrial floor care equipment, and ensuring cleanliness in assigned areas. Key duties include performing hard floor procedures such as stripping, refinishing, burnishing, and buffingcarpet and upholstery cleaning, including shampooing and spot cleaningwaste management and disinfection of trash and recyclable materialsadhering to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards, and wearing PPEproviding excellent customer service with a friendly attituderemoving trash and maintaining cleanliness of work areasoperating equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications include prior experience as a floor care technician or related role, knowledge of floor care equipment, and ability to communicate effectively in writing and perform basic math. This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing, with the requirement to wear uniforms and PPE.
