Floor Technician / Custodial

Responsibilities

• Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands‑on equipment.
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Performing deep clean services
• Stripping & refinishing VCT floors to remove damaged floor finish and reapply
• Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked
• Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
• Commercial window cleaning
• Post‑construction clean up
• Pressure washing

Schedule

We offer a variety of morning and evening shifts to suit your schedule.

Pay

Starting hourly wage: $19.00 per hour, ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on location and experience.

Requirements

• Current valid driver’s license
• Positive work history: a track record of reliability and dedication
• Meticulous attention to detail: ability to spot even the tiniest speck of dust
• Customer service skills: friendly and helpful attitude toward valued customers
• Exceptional communication: effective verbal and written skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Physical capability: ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Drug test and background check required
