About the role
The Floor Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of the community's public and common areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms, and for the care and maintenance of hard-surface floors and carpets throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, buff, burnish, strip, wax, and perform carpet extraction
