Floor Technician

Location: SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital (Job ID: 57637003)

Schedule

Full-time. Afternoon/evenings with varying days and rotating weekends; details to be discussed during interview.

Pay

$18.90 – $19.85 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces
• Clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding
• Assist in training other employees
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

• 12 months of related work experience preferred
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a healthy/safe working environment
