Floor Technician

OneNorth Integrated Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to focus on periodic floor and carpet maintenance at various contract sites in the Spokane area. This role also includes general custodial tasks to maintain clean and safe environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors
• Perform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
• Travel to various contract sites as required

Requirements

• One (1) year of prior custodial experience with at least six (6) months floor care experience
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from work (most jobs are during night hours)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

$22 - $26 per hour
