Floor Technician

About the role

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and guests. This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting
• Restock supplies: replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Cares deeply about the well-being of elderly and disabled individuals
• Follows the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well independently or as part of a team
• Manages time effectively and can handle a variety of cleaning tasks each day
