Schedule

Part-Time / Friday - Sunday; 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay

$17.50 - $18.00 / Hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

The Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. While duties may vary, they typically include restroom, kitchen, and office cleaning as well as general cleaning of common areas.

  • Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment
  • Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris
  • Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors
  • Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors
  • Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality
  • Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned to you at any time with or without notice, Maintenance Directors or NHA.

Requirements

  • 1 year floor care (Preferred)
  • Experience in skilled nursing care facilities is a plus
  • Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus
