About the role
The Housing department ensures that student-housing facilities are well maintained, clean and safe for the students of CNU. This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using various floor maintenance equipment and supplies.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
- Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies
- Good organization skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work in teams
- Ability to communicate effectively and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff and students
Required Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment
- Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
Additional Considerations
- Experience working at a university
Pay
Salary $32,292 to $40,365, Commensurate with Education and Experience
