About the role

Part-time Floor Tech / Janitor position (24 hours per week, 6 am to 2 pm) responsible for cleaning facility floors to ensure an attractive, clean, and sanitary environment in accordance with laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure floors and rooms within the facility are cleaned properly.
• Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing janitorial services.
• Operate floor cleaning machines throughout the facility.
• Maintain the facility in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning.
• Take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting is preferred.

Pay

$13.40 - $19.82 per hour, based on certified years of experience.
