Floor Tech Housekeeper

About the role

Bellingham West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate. This position is responsible for not only performing general housekeeping and laundry functions, but also responsible for daily floor cleaning throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions, specifically cleaning and maintaining all common area floors and hallway floors to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous Housekeeping experience in Hotel or Senior Living Communities preferred.

Schedule

Full-time opportunity with possible late evenings; rotating weekends required.

Pay

$17/hour
