The Floor Tech employee is the face of the gym floor; you are the person members see while working out. This role requires a positive, upbeat personality with a strong attention to detail to maintain the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and straightening the Fitness Center floor
• Testing equipment functionality
• Stocking supplies
• Lubricating and greasing circuit training equipment
• Reporting facility issues
• Spot cleaning walls, mirrors, windows, and diamond plating
• Emptying trash and recycling cans
• Re-racking weights
• Disinfecting equipment and upholstery
• Dusting facility areas
• Following company policies and procedures
• Completing the daily cleaning checklist and obtaining manager sign-off before leaving

Dress Code

• Company staff shirt
• Khaki pants or black athletic pants
• Sneakers (no boots, heels, or sandals)
• Well-groomed and neat appearance
