About the role

As a Floor Tech you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection-control standards of our residents’ environment. Your work ensures our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by cleaning and polishing all floors of the facility and operating housekeeping-related tools, chemicals, and equipment. Our residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to provide a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of an eleventh-grade education
• Prior housekeeping or floor-care experience in a skilled-nursing facility is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
