Floor Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, carpet extractors, vacuums, and floor sweepers
• Apply sealants, waxes, and protective coatings to preserve floor surfaces and extend their lifespan
• Conduct minor repairs and inspections to identify damage or wear on floors
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to access floor areas safely
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Restock cleaning supplies and perform routine maintenance on equipment
