About the role

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor and carpet care of commercial properties. A Floor Tech must follow the company mission statement and values, ensuring a high standard of floor and carpet care in the most efficient way to serve customers and tenants with great quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Complete timesheets per job site.
• Dust mop and sweep hard surface floors.
• Buff, scrub, lay wax, and strip wax from floors.
• Perform carpet extraction and shampooing.
• Report unit maintenance issues and damaged, dirty, or stained carpets as per company procedure.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Manage time wisely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Floor technician experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn and adapt.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel rarely.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Occasionally ascend or descend.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay

Starting at $23 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Weekly pay. Immediate hire for full-time and part-time positions available.
