About the role
Mountain Valley Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our specialized residential program serving adolescents and young adults with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. This is an in-person position based in Plainfield, NH, offering a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a highly collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about exposure-based therapies and working closely with families in an immersive treatment setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of 3–5 residents during a typical 90-120 day stay
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT
- Coordinate care with internal team members and external providers
- Communicate effectively with families and collateral contacts
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive client care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Social Work required
- Experience with CBT and exposure-based therapies strongly preferred
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in New Hampshire preferred
- Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families preferred
- Residential or higher level of care experience is a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
Pay
Unlicensed clinicians: starting at $70,000 annually with a $1,500 annual professional development budget for continuing education. Licensed clinicians: $85,000–$90,000 annually with a $2,500 annual professional development budget for continuing education. Includes a 3% annual performance bonus based on the program’s achievement of yearly census goals.
