At Legacy Mortgage, LLC we are committed to providing exceptional mortgage solutions to our clients. Our dedicated team is looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Production Assistant to join us in delivering top-notch service and support throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Third-party orders
• Maintain closing calendar with 100% accuracy
• Assist closer with closing and post-closing workflows
• Communicate with vendors and lending partners
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the processing or closing stage and resolve them promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Prior lending experience not required; willing to train the right candidate
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks
• Confident self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and workflows
• Resourceful and solution-oriented
• This is NOT a remote position
• Ability to relocate to Hanover, NH 03755 before starting work (required)
