Floor Supervisor - Krumkill Day Hab

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license meeting WWAARC insurability standards. A strong driving history preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of individual and agency information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead staff.
• Demonstrate effective decision making and problem solving skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English to communicate effectively with people supported and team members and to complete required documentation.
• Able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting and/or moving items up to 50 pounds, twisting/bending, positioning self as needed to complete tasks, and movement within the classroom and/or throughout the building for extended periods of time.

Pay

$21.00 per hour + longevity.
