Floor/Project Technician / Night shift / Full-time / Burbank,CA

Miscellaneous Duties

• Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
• Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
• Power washing sidewalks.
• Operating chemical dispensing units.
• Clean floors by utilizing scrubbers.
• Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals, cleaning solutions and appropriate equipment.
• Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
• Schedules: Sunday-Thursday 8 P.M.- 4:30 A.M.
