Floor Technician (FT/Evening)
Description
Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a Full-Time Floor Technician for evening shifts. The Floor Tech will perform maintenance and housekeeping duties, assist with emergencies, and maintain communication with the Front Desk. Responsibilities include understanding emergency procedures and collaborating with other staff to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and the physical plant. Experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
