About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform carpet care and hard surface restoration of building and working areas under direct supervision.
- Use proper and established methods and materials.
- Follow a well-established routine.
- Regularly stand and walk while performing duties.
- Engage in active work requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of related experience preferred; previous floor experience highly desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs; and lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record per Creighton's Vehicle Safety policy.
- Minimum of two years of licensed driving experience and be at least 19 years of age at time of hire.
