LoLa 41 is a vibrant and globally inspired restaurant brand celebrating the diverse cuisines of the 41st parallel. With acclaimed locations in Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and now Aspen! LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas. "LoLa" stands for Longitude-Latitude, and our menu reflects a curated journey through the flavors of the world — from Japan to Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Our restaurants are known for their refined ambiance, innovative sushi, and Asian specialties, all delivered with an exceptional standard of hospitality.

LoLa 41 in Aspen will feature:

  • 42 seats in the bar and dining room
  • 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio
  • 12 seats in a lower-level speakeasy/private dining room

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41’s service and hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties according to company procedures.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced service settings.
  • Proficient with POS systems and front-of-house technology.
  • Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (although housing options can be available for the right candidate)
