Floor Manager

Key responsibilities

• Represent Goyard as a Brand Ambassador and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships.
• Address client needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support the management and development of the boutique team.
• Cook and motivate associates to achieve individual and boutique goals.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to maintain high standards of service and performance.
• Ensure all team members uphold Goyard’s values, appearance, and service standards.
• Support the daily operations of the boutique and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
• Ensure proper cash handling and register procedures.
• Support the execution of operational directives and maintain high standards of boutique presentation.
• Implement and maintain Goyard’s merchandising and visual guidelines.
• Ensure the selling floor is consistently pristine, organized, and reflective of the Maison.
• Protect the integrity and image of the brand throughout the boutique.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify and communicate product and inventory concerns in a timely manner.
• Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
• Lead and support biannual inventory counts.

Required qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience
• Focus on leather goods sales is a plus
• Proven track record in achieving financial plans
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leadership, motivation, training and development of retail staff
• Capacity to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Pro-active approach to tasks
• Strong proficiency in POS systems, as well as, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

A salary based of $110,000 plus the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
