Key responsibilities
- Represent Goyard as a Brand Ambassador and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships.
- Address client needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Support the management and development of the boutique team.
- Cook and motivate associates to achieve individual and boutique goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Ensure all team members uphold Goyard’s values, appearance, and service standards.
- Support the daily operations of the boutique and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
- Ensure proper cash handling and register procedures.
- Support the execution of operational directives and maintain high standards of boutique presentation.
- Implement and maintain Goyard’s merchandising and visual guidelines.
- Ensure the selling floor is consistently pristine, organized, and reflective of the Maison.
- Protect the integrity and image of the brand throughout the boutique.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and communicate product and inventory concerns in a timely manner.
- Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
- Lead and support biannual inventory counts.
Required qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience
- Focus on leather goods sales is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving financial plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leadership, motivation, training and development of retail staff
- Capacity to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Pro-active approach to tasks
- Strong proficiency in POS systems, as well as, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay
A salary based of $110,000 plus the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
