Pay
$23.00 - $26.00/hour ($18.00 - $19.00/hour + tips which average an additional $5-$7/hour)
Schedule
Full Time. Flexible availability including weekends is a must!

- Current Oregon Food Handler's Card
- Current OLCC permit
- Reliable transportation is required

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Floor Manager who leads from the front. This role is responsible for maintaining an active presence on the floor, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where both guests and team members thrive. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural coach, and decisive leader who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example with consistent floor presence and hands-on support
- Oversee daily service execution to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Cross-train across all restaurant roles and step in as needed to support operations
- Coach and develop team members in real time, ensuring thorough and efficient documentation processes
- Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and cost controls
- Monitor workflow, staffing deployment, and pace during peak hours
- Promote specials, drive upselling, and maintain strong product knowledge
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and team development
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure
- High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
