About the role
LoLa 41 is a vibrant and globally inspired restaurant brand celebrating the diverse cuisines of the 41st parallel. With acclaimed locations in Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and upcoming openings in Aspen, Colorado, LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas. The Aspen location will feature: 42 seats in the bar and dining room, 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio, and 12 seats in a lower-level speakeasy/private dining room.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41’s service and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
- Assist with opening and closing duties according to company procedures.
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced service settings.
- Proficient with POS systems and front-of-house technology.
- Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.
