Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Lead, support, and motivate frontofhouse staff during shifts
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met
- Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development
- Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a highvolume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
- Wellorganized, detailoriented, and confident in fastpaced settings
- Experience with POS systems and frontofhouse technology
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
