Job Description

The responsibilities include:

• Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities.
• Timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule;
• Proper care of floor machinery;
• Able to anticipate and recommend floor care needs;
• Promote a safe work environment.

Floor care experience is required. Must have knowledge in stripping, waxing, varnishing and machines.
